Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga 7-Class Series Starting October 26
Join us for this popular prenatal yoga class every Saturday 11am-12 noon. This class will be taught by Jessie Valentine, a certified yoga instructor, certified prenatal yoga instructor, and registered dietitian with a focus on fertility, prenatal, and postnatal nutrition.
Jessie is also a postpartum doula.
It's great way to feel good and meet other Moms-to-Be!
$210 for the series or $30/class if you are buying individual classes.
This is a 7-class series with classes being held on 10/26, 11/2, 11/9, 11/16, 11/23, 12/7 and 12/14 (no class Thanksgiving weekend).

Mommy & Me Yoga
Mommy & Me 5-Class Series Starting November 3
Join other Moms and their babies for this sweet class that helps you bond with your baby while making friends.
Never done yoga before? Don't worry! This class is a gentle practice with a focus on movement with you and your little one. You don't have to worry about "doing it right" or "not being flexible enough". These are never a concern in yoga, let alone Mommy and Me Yoga.
We foster an environment where friendships are made, the babies feel safe, and the moms have fun. Nothing but love at Commune.
$150 for the series or $30/class if you are buying individual classes.
This is a 5-class series with classes being held on 11/3, 11/17, 11/24, 12/8, 12/15 (no class Veterans Day and Thanksgiving weekends).
